Despite multiple sales at 1.7 – 1.8 in unusuals, most of the sellers have had a b/o of 20 keys, or 1.2 buds, so a flat price at 1.2 is probably the best

Can't value it higher than 1.2 because the seller's B/O was 20 keys. He bought it and immediately put that B/O on it, so he didn't value it any higher. Remember that the Falkirk was unpriced at the time, so what those seller's valued it at is a little more fluid.

1.2 is fine, tl;dr.
