Conclusion: the only valid sale was 1 key, but 7 ref is possible as well. So it has to be in the range.

prices should be based on solds not sellers

Even though there is a seller for less you can still price it at 1 key flat with that sole sold

He went with 0.8 because there is a seller for that. 1 at 0.8 1 at 0.9.... He has a sale at high end (1 key). This is fine to use for item like this.

If he went with 1 key flat, the other two seller below 1 key will be countering his suggestion. Therefore, this is fine.

I looked at my SHoestring Budget suggestion and realised I did the exact same thing

It's a quite rare item (as said above, only 1 page on OP) on the market, so this one 7 ref seller has a much higher ponderosity than he/she would have in suggestions for more common items. It has to be in the range.

It there were like 5 pages on OP of this item, I could mark it as outlier and ignore it though.

I didn't sell it for 1 key.

I then sold the ubersaw for 1 key pure.

If you sold the Übersaw for 1 key, then basically it was 1 key for the Pocket Horsemann. Overpay (x0.9 multiplicator) only applies to suggestions for rare items, such as Collector's or Unusuals. I guess it can be taken as a legit 1 key sale.

Also, dat Übersaw tho. I would totally have bought it for 1 key... if my Medic skills weren't beneath contempt :D

Item overpay should be considered.
