Price for this are all over the place, so I tried to make the price very inclusive.

You don't have any proof of solds at 2 keys, more like 1.8 keys, so it shouldn't be in the range.

if you're going to resuggest, excluding 2 keys in the range you need unsolds at 2 keys.
