Rsuggest due to wrong sale 4. The new owner offered 15 in comment and the seller seemed to like it, which made me think he had paid around that.

This hat is definitely due up for a drop, but I still think 16 -18 keys would be better. Even though it doesn't seem to be selling quickly for 16 keys, there are two valid sales over that, which are both in pure (for the most part). I guess its up to the mods to decide.

Wish I could have rised this one.

Blame those idiotic sellers.

16-18 would be fine.

It's not completely impossible to have a price above market B/Os, you know.

Especially considering the 18 sale was largely in pure, 16 flat is unrepresentative.
