As far as I could figure out Strife traded his Burning Cone for the Beams one + A Cloudy, PE, and Spellbound YWN. What I don't get is the Cone came from Laughing lollipop but the YWN's came from Chewbs. But it definitely was a trade for the cone because otherwise Chewbs just gave Strife YWN's for the Burning Cone and then Strife magically got the beams one from Laughing Lollipop. Try adding Strife and asking him.
strife sold the burning for unusuals+cash. Used cash to buy beams
Buds are easy to get for less than $34. i don't know why tf2finance has them at $34, but there are tons of sellers on outpost for $33 - $32, and for that matter, with keys easy to get at $1.85 buds should cost around $31. Its not a huge difference (88 vs 97 buds) but its worth looking into. $3000 / $1.85 per key = 1622 keys / 16.75 keys per bud = 97 buds
I think using the established price is better than sifting through sellers to find the average. Feel free to resuggest
$1480 + 9 buds

buds should be easy enough for you to find...
bonus 3rd sale http://i.imgur.com/1WDk038.jpg
i think its safe to say the $3000 sale and the $1480+9 buds sale are outliers now.
Strife paid about 60 for his: http://puu.sh/c2Bmq/49ba7b236d.png
Strife telling you what he paid? What is this sorcery.. He always troll me when I ask.
Well, 2 sales here - none which will hit the market again anytime soon. So price here doesn't have a major factor of which sale it base off imo.
Need 2 sales?
Not for hats this high tier. Also, Bobplosion is a collector and there are none of the market.
Do you mean a moneywaster?
Your opinion on what is or is not a waste of money is irrelevant to the validity of this suggestion.
Well regarding how much money he wasted on other unusuals, I don't think we can call him a collector. Look how he gained like 500 buds in some months.
He's spending money on items that he's collecting... I'm pretty sure that that's exactly what a collector is.
personally i'd call $3000 closer to 100 buds
going by TF2finance
Dat bud price. Really don't care one way or the other since I'm not selling. Would prefer if it stayed unpriced tbh. But the last time I bought a bud for $34 was at least 3 months ago lol and that was from just laziness, bought over 100 at $30 in the past couple months and half weren't even bulk. Meh
