A minisuggestion would definitely be required.
apartments can't be used in mini suggestions anymore because there is no way to tell if they are duped or not.
Even more of a reason to do a mini.

apartments were added after the vintage quality was applied, it could still be haunted though.
Fair enough, but there may also be some valve quality houses circulating the market as well.
If I remember correctly, the sale was ruled as too complicated. TVs and gaming computers don't exactly have standard overpay procedures.
