Most Spec. KS kits tend to add 1-2 keys to the weapon's value. The regular Aussie Blutsauger is 12 keys, and the classifieds have a ton at 13-14. It's probably somewhere in the middle of all of that.

Valuing at 12-15 keys. 13.5 * 0.9 = same calculations as before, 12 keys.
