So the actual value on the sale is ~38 after overpay. And there is a b/o at 30 for close to two months now. Seems like that sale is an outlier.

and it got rejected implying peace haz could get more, which makes that sale look reasonable/possible
This suggestion feels like the vivid haz suggestion from a while back. 2 months unsold at 30. Really no reason for this to be valued higher than that in pure. There is the rejected 25 pure offer..... Ugh, going with the votes since it's better than the current range. "Value" here is probably closer to 25-30 in pure.
