the 2.3-2.5 is ~ average so that's why its 2.3, didn't want to be too radical

Actually, if you were to ask Vincent this question, he would tell you that you DO need sales at the new range (proving it sells for that) or at least sales from the lower end of the current range (again, to prove it sells).
