First sale doesn't count, because the person was actually quick selling on an unusual server. Quicksales =/= Determined Price.
Second sale is completely assbackwards on calcuation. It's suppose to be deducted towards any unusual offers, not from the unusual itself. The person was selling it on the high-end of the price and inflated on me to 2.1 buds in private. He tried to hassle more, but I can tell he was trying to lowball the living shit out of me. So, it ended up being 2.1 for the Ushanka and I bought it for my Unusual and 5 keys.
Unusual Ace's High (2 Buds * 0.9 = 1.8) + 5 Keys (0.3) = 2.1 Buds.

There can be outliers, but you can't quicksell for unusuals. Quickselling is a term used to sell off a hat quickly for a low price to get pure.
