Your pic doesn't show any sulphurous rack. Just a veil, a modest and a yellow belt.
Also to add, the War Pig's unpriced, the Hat of Cards is worth 9.3 and the Scotsman's outdated so you'll need 2 mini suggestions/whole suggestions to get a good price.

They both work fine, however as I stated you'll need a mini suggestion on the War Pig and the Stovepipe since one doesn't have a price and the other one's outdated.
Your suggestion is completely invalid and here are the reasons why :
--- You came up with the price out of nowhere.
--- The Phosphorous War Pig is not priced (unpriced)
--- You would need some kind of mini for Specialized Aus. Amb
--- You would need some kind of mini for Specialized Aus. Knife
--- The Green Energy Scotsman's Stove Pipe is outdated ; You either need a mini for that or update the price of that unusual first
--- Max Head needs to be shown in pic or a history of that max head.
--- Overpay needs to be applied as well.
wtf is the point of pricing unusuals on this website if all it takes to set a new price is one sale?
