    You cant use classifieds as proof. Only supporting proof. You will need outpost sellers/sales

      There is nothing about that in rules. IIRC you don't need sold for lowering price. Just unsold.

        With the classifieds, it's not unsold for two days, it's unbumped for two days. And you're gonna need proof of listed trades (sellers @ 0.11, unsolds @ 0.22), preferably from Outpost.
