Where are the sales? I don't see any proof of sales, sorry but down voted until sufficient evidence.

He's lowering. Why does he need solds.

He doesn't need sales to lower a price, only to set a price or raise one.

I dont think i need solds if im lowering the price, especially for such a rare item. I checked trade.tf to see if i missed any solds this and all of them are still unsold.

The point is that nobody is buying them at 3.66 ref or even 3 ref, so it definitely needs to be lowered.
