On the first sale he sold for the Kill-a-Watt Liquidator's Lid, worth 1.5 buds. But at the time it was 1.8-2.2 buds as you said, but you consider it's price as 1.5. Shouldn't you consider the old price instead of the new since the trade was before the price update?
I Would Be Required To Do Mini For The Old Price. But, Since It Got Updated, Minis Are Not Required.
When that was the price it was outdated and you never price by what it was worth then, only what i's worth now.
You always price by what something was worth then. Why do you think people are taking buds at 19 keys and not 17 when a sale including buds occurred when buds were 19?

Currency and unusuals are different things and what I'm talking about is mentioned in the unusual guidelines which states that the msot recent price is the price to use for unusuals except in weird cases of which this is not.
The values of items in a trade should be the "value" of the item at the time of the trade.
This can be very tricky as it can be difficult to extrapolate the value of an item on March 1 when the two most recent suggestions were on February 1 and April 1. In most scenarios, the value should based on the accepted suggestion closest in time to the date of the trade. For unusuals, this is usually the most recent suggestion for a hat since they are rarely updated, but this is not always the case. Many new unusuals are updated every 2-4 weeks.
Examples:
- If the sale happened on April 1 and there are two suggestions at March 1 and April 2, the April 2 suggestion value should be used.
- If the sale happened on April 1 and there are two suggestions at March 30 and April 30, the March 30 suggestion value should be used.
To further complicate matters, some items (like buds or the bmoc) drop precipitously. So using this method may not be reliable. To the best of your ability, try to use the "value" of the item at the time of the sale. If that is too hard to predict, that proof should be avoided in making the suggestion.

I said it on the last suggestion and I'll say it here, that first sale is an outlier. Seems way too low for a hat of this effect and based on old prices and your other sale so I'd say that 2 buds flat would be best.
