Therefore I think its fair to say at least in my point of view that this unusual should be valued 5 buds or at least 4.5-5 buds.

it's not that you don't have enough sales, it's that a flat price of 5 buds makes no sense based on the sales you show. none of them are valued (at least by what you say) at 5 buds

if this is your only sale, use this to make a flat price, probably want to leave 5 buds entirely out

2 Sales Are Required For A Normal Unusual Price Suggestion.

You need at least one sale to update a price but more are always better.

This is exempt from that rule, but you can't ignore proof if there is more proof to be had ^^
