ONLY wants a Green Energy Halogen Head Lamp or offers above 4.5 Buds.

These are the only sales I could find within the past month of the last price suggestion. Since 3 buds - 4.1 buds seems like too large of a range, I averaged them to 3.5 Buds.

The 3.3-3.5 price range seemed like it was too narrow for the hat. The only sale within a month that was below 3.5 was the 51 keys in straight up pure. Otherwise I easily was able to sell this for the 4.1 in items I got. Only about a 6 hour difference between buying it and selling it again.

- Overpay was not involved when I bought the Steaming KE, but it was when I sold it for 4.1 buds.

As for the Kill-a-Wat Bonnet, the only sales you're going to find for it are quicksales of 20-30 keys. I can supply more proof for it if I need to.

Overpay is always applied to unusual offers, meaning you multiply the hat price by 0.9.

For your Bonk Boy mini you have 2.6 buds pure and 2.1 buds after overpay. The DBD Hive is outdated and therefore not valid. 2.1 seems a little low and it went quite fast so you can probably call that one an outlier. I'd use 2.6 for the price. You'll still need to apply overpay if the Bonk Boy was offered on the KE.

The KaW Bonnet quicksold at 20 keys and it looks like 23 keys here, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23072471 . There is a seller at 25 keys, but its very poorly bumped. The rest are at 30 keys. Its tough to say here. 25 keys might work here since you only need an estimate.

Meh, this is close enough to it's value though I suspect if I looked harder I might find that 3.3-3.5 would be better
