Therefore I think its fair to say at least in my point of view that this unusual should be valued 4.5-5.4 buds.

Other than the fact that I tried to offer the same deal to every other seller on the market, and my offer was decline/ignored by every single one of them (one of them who did eventually sold it for 5 pure + 6 keys). So yeah, kinda disappointed that you made an assumption there about the price of my hat as I did buy it from a guy who was quickselling it....

Any-who so yes I bought my unusual at a quicksell at like 3 weeks ago, but the 5 pure + 6 keys sale I have just presented happened just a week ago and since then all sellers on the market not only up-ed their price (from b/o 5 pure - 5.5 pure, and 6 pure) but have rejected any pure offers lower than 5 like this one http://i.imgur.com/8Cptjl9.png who declined an 80 keys pure offer (4.7 buds). Therefore, just because I bought my unusual cheaply 3 weeks ago, it doesn't mean that current sellers are still and are willing to sell it at the same price, which is why I think it is unfair to use a quicksell to justify the price range of this unusual, and the actual price current sellers are willing to sell this hat for.

tl;dr: Just because one seller 3 weeks ago sold his hat for ~4.5 mix doesn't mean the current sellers on the market will do the same.

Well 1) As I am trying to raise the price of this unusual, so logically by doing that I will be shooting myself in the foot?

Less than 2 weeks ago, which suggests a lot more about the current market than your one month old trade.

one month old is not invalid. the fact that you want to raise the price is affecting what proof you choose shows you are doing this wrong. you should be trying to reflect the true value, not raise it for your own gain.

Well I am that's why I provided proof for both the 4.5 bud lower end and for the 5.4 bud upper end and refuted other's differing opinions on the price of this unusual with more proof and actual trades which in my opinion should be enough to reflect on the true value of the hat, and no I am not doing this for my own gain, I am simply outlining the trend of the market for this hat in recent times. Oh and btw I was being sarcastic there about "raising the price bit", apologies if you took offense and misunderstood what I am trying to say.

All three sales from the last accepted suggestion are still valid. Factoring in the newer sales added by Maddog we're looking at 5-6 valid sales at ~4.5 and a single sale at 5.3.

Yeah of course you can, but again thats not the point I was trying to convey there. My point was that the proof I have used are better to reflect the current market than yours as your proof is older than mine, which is very different from saying sales > 2months cannot be used at all. Pardon me if you misunderstood what I was trying to say.

Sales at 4, 4, 4.3, 4.3, 4.5, 5.4. 5.4 sure looks like an outlier. If you can show more solid evidence that this gets regular offers >4.5, perhaps 4-5.5. But as is, really looks like this is 4-4.5
