you need sales, most of your proof is wasted with offers when you only have 2 sales, one of which you haven't applied overpay to and neither of which support your suggested range anyway.
is there an easier way to find sales that are done? I am having trouble : /

o Currently Outpost doesn't allow for the searching of closed trades. Bookmarking links which you are tracking and returning to them later can be a good way of finding solds.
o Trade.tf's all listing's search feature. Avoid using the good deal's section in searching for sold proof. (Refer to improving suggestions for more info)
o Looking at the previously accepted suggestion the unsolds then may be now sold. Be aware of outdated proof which do not reflect current prices.

I would still downvote though because i havnt seen people selling at 1.4 or 1.5 buds
You need solds to lower a price, you don't need sellers
You need sellers to lower, solds to raise. If anything, solds on a lowering suggestion is countering you, as people can argue they are quicksells (if they are)

I already put that trade in my proof. and if you were looking at my soldier trade, the headcase is not for sale. It makes a point that I bought the lowest priced one on outpost, Trade.tf, and Backpack.tf that was clean then. Most of these suckers are selling for higher than what they are priced at right now. It's hard to find one that is 1.3-1.4 buds even. and now on oupost the cheapest clean one on the market is still 2 buds.
I had trouble selling this for 1 bud.

You can't just take off random value because it is duped. For all you know they may not value duped negatively. Still, other than that its good proof, upvote.
