I'm new to Unusual Suggestions so please tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.
Anyways... there are 2 solds on this, however there is only 10 Purple Energy Angers, with none currently selling anymore.

The other is owned by Homosexual Pejorative, who offered on the trade above with 12 buds, however he was added by Zank to sell their P.E. for 12 buds. Heres the conversation I had with him: http://imgur.com/VTVY90t
Although there is no official trade link you can see here: http://backpack.tf/item/424334407 that Zank owned it and his backpack here: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198042528264 shows 12 buds appearing in place of the Purple Energy Anger. with the second sold.
Homosexual Pejorative also provided me with screenshots to his trade: http://imgur.com/a/BZag0 , which will hopefully be sufficient proof to his paying 12 buds for the Anger. (and also to back up the conversation I had with him as d0 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) pointed out)

Strongly suggest you 2 ask the user to screenshot the inventory history and not just the chat logs. Many people tend to just say a number even tho it was in unusuals.
Can also provide bp.tf history link during those dates if you don't want to add people.
But looks like 1st and last link got legitmate proof so all good, but just for future suggestions and/or if u wanna confirm the 2nd & 3rd sale.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22460494 not sure how outdated but Cherry says he rejected the P.E Anger, and DBD L'Inspecteur. Hemsk's B/O was also 10 buds on his P.E. Anger and 2 buds on his L' Inspecteur, as stated here http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22805510 .
I'm pretty sure the second link's B/O was 12, only with an exception for 1:1 with a H.O.U.W.A.R (12 buds being more likely) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22769958 as mentioned here.
Then again I'm trying my best with something new, so please tell me if theres something wrong and how to avoid it in future.
Well, both of those also indicate that your range might be high, don't you think?
I don't think the range is too high, however it wouldn't hurt to change the range to 10-12 buds if necessary.
However I stand corrected, as the second trade would still be able to fit into the range I have suggested. (with 10% overpay calculated, not sure if necessary), with the second one with an unrecorded sold.
