Background Information
The Cloudy Moon Mask of the Shaman has been 1 of 1 since being unboxed two Halloweens ago. The prior sale happed 6 months ago, when Kwerty purchased it off of Alaska. Kwerty had no intention of selling this until it turned misc (if it ever does), and so this hat was not listed on any trading site. However, I approached him privately, and after much negotiation, we were able to strike a deal at 75 buds, and the trade was completed on Sept, 26, 2014. I am a Shaman collector (for effects that I like only), and I am definitely not going to let this one go for quite some time, if ever.
Price Justification
I paid 74 buds + 17 keys (back when buds were 17 keys) = 75 buds (no overpay factor required).

Edit: I initially listed 73 buds + 34 keys, but as brendan points out below, it's actually 74 buds + 17 keys, so I corrected it.

Even if this hat is so high tier, if it sold for 75 buds, it should be priced at 75 buds. You just can't randomly round up 5 buds to your liking. Rounding this to 80 buds when it clearly sold for 75 buds flat isn't necessary at all.
