Of the 3 sales: A Strange Machina is 16-17 keys, not 17 keys, and as an item offer requires overpay to be taken intio consideration. Second trade went to the fellow who offered 16 keys. There's nothing to indicate the final sale actually went for 17 keys beyond the notes requesting 'nothing below 17 keys', and given how the previous two assumed 17 key sales went down shouldn't be taken at face value.
Closing for insufficient evidence of high range

Sometimes people ask 1 bud or 17 keys then I took the lowest value 1 bud. Keeping the currency in keys only as buds price is falling frequently and at one point it may even fall below 16 keys which makes this update a drop instead of rise!
Additional info:
Quicksell buyers who usually buy for 2 keys less than the actual price (14 keys) are now buying it for 15 keys:
all of them on classifieds are 18+ because of damage done part on the first one (would probably add around 2 keys) and spec. KS's, etc

You can't use Killstreak ones as proof
normal killstreaks and small strange parts don't add much to aussies and can be ignored
No, Killstreaks and parts always add value.
Doesn't matter what Strange item it is (Unless Unusual Strange)
but their contribution which is in few refs is very less when compared to those many keys
anyways i labelled the KS ones and there are only 2
'a few refs' can change prices.
Doesn't matter, if it still raises value (even the slightest), then it can't be used as proof for raising a price.
Killstreak items can be used to show a price drop is evident (ie. one goes unsold at the base price of the normal item or one sells for the base price)
Also, good use of quickbuyers - if they're rising their buying price, it's evident a raise is needed.
You don't really need the the KS stuff here. That aside, this isn't bad. more conservative than anything else, but this is good. Just remember to take onboard any KS's / parts.
So I know this doesn't have any relevance to this suggestion, does that mean that I have to add a professional f. holy mackerel into my range? I've been concerned about this for days.
Downvote me, it's alright I understand c:
With unusuals, you kinda need to have everything valued (unless the value is too small for it to matter), but apart from that you can't just factor something out. I'd suggest doing a mini-suggestion for it, track it down, see what it sells for.
Okay, thanks for your help! Deleting comments now
Range looks fine, enough sold for a bud/17 keys.
I agree on this one, big range but a lot of proof. Scout is a bit of a loved class and an aussie for scout... It's definitely valuable, seeing this rise doesn't surprise me. It's not an aussie ambassador, but it's still traded more frequently than those (I had one recently, and if you're looking for something to drop, research aussie ambassador.)
16 became rare.
