Suggesting a new price for an unusual I bought yesterday

I offered it somewhere else if he added 3 buds to his hound dog, the 13 offers I received in 2 weeks on my cannonball have enough offers between 9 and 10 buds if you go after the prices this very website suggests (chrioptera venenata robo tower, electrostatic gibus, sunbeams soviet Gentleman which I know went for 12 in unusuals before for I chased this hat for 1 year when it was 1/1, lost interest now a 2nd got unboxed)

then you might wanna update the cannon's price or find sale(s) to prove it :O

Well as I was in the server with the man you traded with you offered on his B/O which would not increase the price as you have stated. You need to do the overpay percentage such as Maddog has pointed out.

In my opinion a hat is worth as much as people are willing to pay for it. The guy I bought the hound dog from didn't have a B/O set. "I was in the server with the man you traded with" - I just hope you're not serious right there. The offer on the other guys hound dog was to find out how he values my hat, in case the first guy decided to decline my trade offer.

Fact is right now the 10,7 buds I paid for the hound dog & the minigun in mixed.

Looking at how Mr. Maddog found prof. australium miniguns for 2,5 buds I'd just say:

10,7 - 2,75 = 7,95

Actually he was on the server when I was talking about it..... You weren't Wolfcat. And you were the one who offered, not me..... which you claimed you overpayed and I agreed... So this isn't really a valid price suggestion based on backpack.tf rules therefor should be downvoted.

No he didn't, he's trying to make a "quick profit" off of the hat. I made him do a 1 bud overpay so he is just trying to make up for lost profit.

Hal, you're not the smartest, not like I'm surprise... good luck selling the piece of garbage you got out of this for something decent (you won't be able to, your ego is just too big to be a trader)... I stated above, I will not sell my hound dog ever.

The price I paid for it was no overpay, I just offered until you agreed, the price this hat has on here is outdated (over 2 months old), looking how you accepted nothing under 11 buds in mixed for it + your prof. aussie minigun. The other guy selling the second existing hound dog got his trade closed because of inactivity, so much for the comparision (he's obviously not interested in selling). You, too, did not set a B/O on your hound dog in your trade at any given time, so why do you keep using the word "overpay".

The price I paid is the price it should have. This hat is rare, I like it. I offered on it what I think is a fair price... so what is your point? If you feel like changing the price of the sbtwc Human Cannonball just do so, and come back here after you did it. Otherwise, don't accuse others for the sake of your own ego.

The burning Dread Riding Hood was about to sell for ~40-50 in unusuals when some guy offered ~90 on it. Compared to your trade: you got a whole lot of low offers ~5-6 over 2 months, then I gave you a fair offer ~11. Now I try to change the price of this hat to what it actually went for. You have no point, mister.

Pft. Good luck buying people over with that story. Best of luck, sarcasm, with your new hat. Most people, like yourself are rather stupid to see into the future at prices. Hence, people told me I wouldn't get above 10 for my Orbiting Fire Antlers from this site and I was a moron to suggest a price higher than 5 buds. What happened? I got 18 buds in items and a further 3 in CS:GO. Logical isn't it? 'Quick profit' my arse.

...but that was because Antlers got updated and you got lucky.

It's fine not to go by bp.tf values as long as you give justification. The cannon by our values would be 8.6 after overpay. As indicated in comments, the aussie minigun looks like it's closer to 2.5. Sale value looks like it will be 7. 7 flat should work here.
