Selling != sold is sound logic for a price raise, but if a seller is selling for less than bp price for over a week it's not really a quicksell is it? IMO this range needs to be opened up.

Your only solid proof of low end is poorly (never) bumped. Perhaps a more conservative drop is appropriate?
