A quicksale isn't determined by someone who claims it's a quicksell. Believe it or not, a quicksell is determined by how quickly it sold. Your conquistador was snapped up in about 3 hours, I would call that a quicksale.

Looking at the dates, the Hat was sold on the same day, only 3 hours closing after the trade was made. If anything was sold less than day (or as stated above) a few days to a week or more, then the item was a quicksale/discounted price.

Well, I think it's safe to downvote this, based on sales, proof, quicksell factor, alt sales / voting, and unsolds all taken into account.
First of all, if you're gonna have 2 sales, you need a range unless the two sales are the same value, 12 and 13 aren't the same. Second, when suggesting, you really should use correct English..
This guy also made alt accounts to upvote his own suggestions. Perhaps a mod should close this and any other suggestions he has open?
