Don't know what you're saying. These things are quite rare, oddly enough for a timed drop item. According to Stats only ~400 exist. There's also only one page on outpost and 3 on classifieds. Plus with 331 accepted suggestions, I'd trust him.

This rule has existed for over a year now, we have just not been enforcing it as much as we used to. Except future suggestions to be treated the same way, we will be much stricter now.
