I looked at trade.tf and nope. None below 6 keys on Outpost either. None on Bazaar.
This isn't an unusual though, and it certainly isn't 1 of 1, he needs more sales to prove this isn't just a random outlier

That's only for making a price, not for updating one. As long a there are no other recent non-killstreak sales or people asking under 6 keys this should be fine.
