21.5 - 9.5 (Overpay for Smoking) = 12

12 - 18 keys (Luger + Big Kill) = 11.25 buds rounding to 11.2 (Buds were 21 keys on Aug 4th)

11.2 * 0.9 = 10.08 rounding to 10.1

Shaman is unlikely 4.3. Declined 5 pure on the current trade. 4.3 will be quite low for the low end. Offers on the current trade also suggest this is low.
