Well the keys are more than mann co. so the crates should be special too

You need proof

The only thing special about these crates is that they're backpack liner, and scrap metal does it SO much better. I suppose if you want to get technical, it's the only "recent" crate that offers a chance of getting a series 1 Unusual, but who'd want to unbox these when you can unbox #1 crates and MAYBE have a chance of a Team Capitan?

Also, they're becoming worthless tomorrow. There's also that to consider.
