Conclusion
Very rare item to find. I do understand the circumstances of adding an outdated price and trying to fix the price, but I'll consider a risk on this item. (Before anyone asks, I did put a suggestion on it.) If the other suggestion fails, I will counter suggestion for the original value of 5.2 buds only.
You can't use the Brigade sale unless you make a mini that matches the price
Brigade hasn't expired. It still has about another week on it before the price does expire.
It does need a suggestion to refresh the price, but the price is still legitimate.
