Was bought from Derelgamer[PPM-Λ]tradeoffersonly, so it is hard to check what he gained cuz dat backpack though, anyway, the history of 3 of 4 buds the buyer had went straight to Derel, and 18 keys are missing from the second page of the buyer's backpack (check the history) (also says 100 raw keys before and 18 after)

This is the ONLY sale made of this hat, and has been 2 months since the new owner has put it back up for sale and still hasn't sold it!

I don't think the one-sale suggestion rules can be applied to third gens.
Off-topic, I used to make the majority of my suggestions while at work. Good times :P
why wouldn't they be applied to it? and its not like it just hit one months, its been 2 months, the trade was made on August 18th.
Exception 2: Rare Hats
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed)
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.
They don't apply.
Was thinking about changing that rule since these aren't really new effects any more. They have been around for more than a year and aren't getting unboxed at nearly the same frequency. Was going to do it at halloween (and change the rule to apply only to Halloween '14 unusuals) but I'll ask the mods about doing it sooner.
