If you want to keep 1.66 in the range you'll need sales at 1.66.
Otherwise 1.33 flat may be more appropriate.
I agree, I would recommend re-suggesting with a lower high end or providing proof of 1.66 sellers

You guys didn't check the unsolds did you? The unsolds are his 1.66 sellers.
About half of them are young (2 days or less) or mediocrely/badly bumped, but you are correct, he does have some proof.
All of your 1.33 sellers quicksold except for these ones below. They can't really be called valid though.

Personally I see no reason to go 1.33 flat like the others suggested. Conservative ranges pass easier and if you're cheeky, you can follow up with a 1.33 flat suggestion for twice the (meaningless) rep.
