There are clear sales of 12 ~ 16 buds.

You are only including the lowest sale (12 buds,) and are basing the price on that.

The point is, is that because of the proof, 16 buds isn't a sufficient price. As u can see, 16 won't be happening cuz all their B/O is either 12 or below, and also getting some pretty poopy offers atm. And plus there's a sold which make this suggestion valid. And also like what PrettyPrincessKitty wrote, 16 was most probably just overpay. I also believe the thirst blood hype is dying. Correct me if I'm wrong

At the time I accepted the last suggestion, there were only 2 sellers at 12. Now there are 5 (one actually at 11). Given this, 12 does seem better than 12-16. As stated in the last suggestion, noir does tend to overpay for hats. Sale at 16 could very well be an outlier.
