At 11 and recently updated, people will assume that is still sells for 11, which it might not have done for a very long time.
Also, since its price is outdated, it cannot be used as proof for other unusual sales without a mini. To update it wrongly would change that and potentially cause other hats to be priced incorrectly too.
You need solds to price an unusual. Nothing else is good enough.

All of the priced ones on outpost are being sold for 11 keys, and two are asking for offers. This price is still what people are selling for, but I don't know how much people are buying for, but feel free to provide some proof that shows that I'm wrong.
You need solds to price an unusual, nothing else is good enough. I can try and sell a 1 of 1 hat for 1,000,000 buds, doesn't mean its worth that, even if I turn down 900,000 buds.
There is nothing for me to disprove as there is no usable proof. The arguement you have basically said above is "me and these guys say its worth that, prove us wrong if we're wrong" and that is not how it works. The burden of proof lies with the suggester and you have failed.
That's why I said if you find any that proves OR disproves this price, feel free to put it here
