EgGy_ZA had a price of 10 buds for his Burning Drill’s Hat and since multiple items were traded from Alterr to EgGy_ZA, it is more likely that Alterr was looking to offer on the Burning Drill’s Hat. However, when calculated, the value of the Bear Necessities comes out to be roughly 7-7.5 buds [10 - (~2.5) - (~0.1) = ( ~7.4 buds)] which is a bit high.

Side Note: User claims to have had an offer of a Purple Energy Luchadore from Kraken, who happens to frequent the servers this user is an admin of, which is believable since Kraken owned a PE Lucha at the time: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22040358 however the offer was never made on Outpost, so it must excluded for the purposes of this suggestion.
