Conch, Zatoichi, Fan o War, Kunai were things that were Vintage'd due to the Shogun Pack

Ullapool was for something else

Shortstop was a glitch

Not just that, but the day after the Shogun items were added to the game anything crafted before then was made vintage so there was a one day window to actually get these hence the rarity.

But then, why is the Kunai like 1 key? That was the bit that always got me.

Looking at the stats, theres about 3000 of the kunais, but 300 of these

Probably has to do with the usefulness of the weapons. Kunai and Zato have nice healing properties and the old Conch wasn't worth using. On the other hand, the FoW is useless unless you're playing MvM which didn't exist back then so why would you ever craft this thing?

Kunai is the worst spy knife, you get 1 shot by everything or killed by a phlog pyro

It's good for staying alive after backstabbing someone and you get a chance to practice your stabs with high health and you know you can use dead ringer lel

No, that's the case with glitched vintages that shouldn't exist like Bills and Maxs. These vintages were granted by Valve as part of a patch to adjust the crafting system.
