i'll just re-suggest when the second link sells, would that make it valid? even if its one sale? and the first sale is actually 3 months so is it valid or still too old?

If there are no other sales within the last 3 months 1 sale is enough.

Make sure to check if it's duped too, because if it is, it's not valid if you are dropping the price

cant rly find the hat itself in bp.tf

Go to their Steamrep page and copy the profile ID then paste it into the search bar on bp.tf

Then find the hat in their backpack and view the history, it will say if it's duped or not. It's not always correct but like 95% of the time it's correct

Only if it was hijacked as it could end up being duped, which could be a likely possibility. If it still sells for a high end of a range it's still valid, though I dont think it'll be on market long here soon.
