I bet someone is going to question overpay here, but I'm going to pre-emptively counter it - after overpay, sale one is slightly below 9 in value. A 4 person history houwar is slightly higher than 10. A range of 9-10 seems reasonable, especially since this was traded 1:1 for the hwnn and that has the exact same range.
