Nope, see the thing is you can buy the game this promo is from for like $20 or whatever it costs, so people are trying to re sell this for more than $20. That causes people to sell lower to get their moneys worth, hence forth why this is dropping. Just my 2 cents.

0.4 keys is 3.66 though, 5 ref is 0.55, being the only one at this point, shouldn't it be an outlier?
