Yes, was my mistake, fixed.
Then range should be 7.2-7.8
The spartan is 6.9 (which has errors in the suggestion as well) and 7/16.5 = .4, so 6.9 + .4 = 7.3

His math isn't correct in some places, but that isn't the point here.
