You can't deny the 2 sales valued at 1.6 and another at 1.7. Sales > Offers. What matters is what it has sold for and not what it could have sold for or the owner could potentially gotten more out of it. When he does sell it and if the value is higher than the sales, a new suggestion can be done. For the time being, this should be sufficient.

We are just reporting the sales as it is. If the hat is suppose to worth more, it wouldn't make it hard for the current owner to sell it. It is not like people treat backpack.tf prices as bible when it comes to unusual trading anyway. It is just a reference to see what it has been sold for before.

IF this is really worth more than 1.7, we can reprice it when it sells. There really isn't anything to disprove the range here though.
