I bought it for a lvl 69 non-duped short history GE Scotch Bonnet (at least 2.2 buds, see below) + 1 bud pure

No need for mini on that one, but nevertheless, the GE Bonnet was bought for a Orb. Fire Cowl + 8 keys pure

Cowl: ~2*0.9 = 1.8 buds

1.8 buds = 30.6 keys (rounding down to 30)

Whole offer: 38 keys = 2.235 buds, rounding to 2.2 buds, matching the bp.tf range
