Well 45 keys / 16.25 = ~2.8 buds.

And also, seems like this trade that patryk put up http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22384676 has a b/o of 2.3 buds for 5-6 days. Not exactly a quicksale. Sales within 2 months are still valid and should be looked at.

Edit: That trade sold for Vivid Plasma Gentleman Gatsby. Offered on here. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22480534 . So ~2.1 buds for that sale. You need a range here.

There have been multiple recent sales for this hat. It is not appropriate to price it off a single sale. Outliers are defined by the deviation of a sale from the mean rather than the time it takes to sell. If a hat sells 100 times for 1 buds and once for 1.5 buds, it should be 1 buds regardless of how fast it sold.

This will need more digging into - and a range. Perhaps 2-2.9.
