TL DR

You can buy a black or whit for 5 keys with ease in 1 day

the price for bills should be based on unpainted items though

so if there are so many for sell with pink lime team spirit paints black and white for 5 keys

theres no market for a 5 keys unpainted bill


giving it a range for a more up to date price on this hat

                          bills you can buy at steam market for 8.4 euro at any paint you want 1 key cost 1.99 euro

                          the buyer pays 4 keys 2 ref

                          the seller gets 3.6 keys

                          the rest goes to valve's pockets.
