The purpose of pricing it based on one sale when there isn't any other sales within 3 months is to prevent the sale from getting too old to be used. For such an item, the accepted time length is 3 months before the sale becomes outdated. Well there isn't exactly any offers in the current seller's trade that could suggest that the price is a quicksale price. (Not even a single offer on it in 2 months....). Be it quicksale or not, this is the only sale we can work on right now. Even if you do add the seller, how can we take his words on this? I wouldn't be able to recall how fast it was sold for 2-3 months ago. It would just end up being inaccurate anyway.

something feels wrong about Sulpurous being so cheap, it doesn't look that bad, but the hat does,

It's an awful hat, so it's believable.

I would've expected it to go for 1.5-1.7, so it's not a ridiculous price.

Steaming & Blizzardy Storm effects are close to 1 bud, there is no way that Sulphurous worth 1 bud

How do you know that was a quicksell? It was sold in 6 days . Plenty of time to show that it wasn't a quicksale.

but if u put a sulphurous cyborg up for trade on outpost for 1 bud (actually with buds as 16 keys) u're gonna sell it really fast and i can bet a max on that

Although you are missing the fact that notes can be changed, he may have lowered the B/o to a bud on the last day. Note that he put 2 unusuals up for trade and there is only a note for one of them, which is proof enough that he changed his notes. The only real way to know is to add the seller and ask, which is what I'd suggest you do to keep any doubts away.

Allow me to bring light to the second comment to prove he lowered the price. The commenter wants the Ketche and gets offered to pay 2.5 for both or 1.5 for the Ketche only, which is his B/O on the ketche ("im not going to pay in pure your B/O and the real price of it")

The buyer declines 2.5 for both and does not say this is the B/O, which must mean the Stuntman did not in fact have a B/O of 1 bud at the time of making the trade, but I'd suggest it was 1.5 (1 bud pure for one hat if he buys the other hat) as nothing else would make sense.

Now, it is not easy to prove it, but I'd certainly say he dropped the price to 1 bud to quicksell it. This comment was way too long anyhow.
