*UPDATE! The only reason I'm doing this is because it has no demand, they many people are selling for 0.66, many people would rather buy for 0.33, so the demand for this non-craft item is very little.
Sales:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22197085 :0.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22176341 :0.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22205884 :0.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22208152 :0.33
People Buying:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19515773 0.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22209968 0.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22154689 0.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21549292 0.33
you need sellers for drop the price, and 4 buyers at 0.33, maybe this need a raise
Again, I found another 3 people buying for 0.33. :)
You need sellers at .33, not buyers. also unsolds at .66
congratulations, you've resuggested a suggestion from 2 months ago. your copy and paste skills are something to behold. now close this farce
I'm looking for more sales for 0.33 so don't get angry with me please :) but discrimination is allowed.
Buying for 0.33 (1 REC):

People Selling:
Currently none :/
All buyers are closed and are rather old. Same with the sales. Nothing more recent?
Unfortunately, I can't find any one selling for 0.33, as they are all going for the higher price, but I found some newer people buying for you :)
If no one is selling at .33 the price shouldn't be this low.
But clearly, as people want to buy it for 0.33, these sellers wont be able to sell theirs for .33, so the price should be lower, or the item will never be sold, and the price will drastically go up.
"But clearly, as people want to buy it for 0.33" I can want to buy buds for 10keys, but that's meaningless for a suggestion
People buying for your low end usually means that the low end is harder to find since there aren't as many sellers for that, implying a raise may be needed. And if there's many people selling for .66, then you need to show those since you're removing it from the range.
But on the other hand, people aren't buying this hat for 0.66 because there isn't a high enough demand for them, but because everyone is selling for 0.66, but buying for 0.33, that means they wont get sold, at all. that's just the suggestions from TF2 Outpost, because I haven't sold one for my self, I'm just looking at the buyers point of view.
Nobody is buying for .66 because there's plenty of sellers for .66, thus they won't have to make a trade for it. Buyers rarely will pay full price for things because there's always sellers out there for that, ready to trade. You can't base demand just off of a buyer's point of view.
The majority of the people who are still willing to buy it, want to buy it for 0.33, but the sellers are going to pretty much go for the highest price possible.
you get it wrong. buyers will go for the lowest price they can,and and resell....
same goes for the sellers, so it should simply be a simple, easy price.
sigh... you just don't understand
We need to make a distinction between the two different types of buyers :
Quickbuyers - will buy an item for low end or under current value to resell for higher to generate profit.
Wanted Buyers - will go to current sellers and purchase from them instead of making a trade, just because they only want to own the hat.
Now, sellers will sell for what they can get, and actual buyers will either accept this price, or make a price for what they're willing to pay. If an actual buyer and seller share a price, then there is no buying trade made, and a seller's trade is closed.
Quickbuyers generally will have more than one hat on the wanted items side, and is buying each item for a lower price, enough to resell for profit. Quickbuyers cannot be used to support your low end of a value. You need to have unsolds/solds for your low end if you want it to be valid.
And you still have to show us that .66 isn't selling.
Okay, one sec please
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23168290 Not sold.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23186610 Not sold.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23095314 Not sold.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23129522 Not sold.
4 inbetween 2:4 days not sold. if the demand for .66 was that high these would've been sold by now.
All of those are awfully bumped or not bumped at all
.... I haven't gotten a clue as to what that means.
You can bump trades on Outpost to make them appear higher when people search for them. Trades that are never bumped aren't seen and don't get people viewing them. Due to this, it makes these kinds of trades bad proof for unsolds.
Now show us sellers underneath that. To lower this to your suggested price, you'd need to find unsolds at .44, .55 and .66. You can't lower the price arbitrarily, negating the other parts of the range, if there's no one selling for lower.
Lemme see what I can find.
Some one selling for 0.33 http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22936640
And I can't fond anyone selling for lower.
Did anyone notice that the proof was just copied off from the last suggestion? No change at all, just straight up re-used the links (taking out the 0.66 link).
Also, if you even did look on outpost, 3 pages, majority selling at 0.66 Ref while level collectors paying only 0.22 - 0.25 ref for each.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23071420 - sold at 0.66 ref
but again, like I said, a majority of the buyers want to buy it for 0.33, rather than for 0.66.
And I copied the proof, because its valid, its people selling/buying for 0.33, why is there a problem with that?
Because if the last proof created the range we have now, and you just decide to cut out the high end, you are now :
1. manipulating price by refusing to provide evidence
2. using proof that is invalid
How is it invalid? like i said, people, only a month ago, were selling/buying for 0.33.
You should be using proof that has come around since the last suggestion to give a current feel for the market once we changed it, not old proof from an older market.
No offense, but are you blind?
The copied proof you are using (even the buyers) were last active and closed 2 MONTHS AGO, meaning those people no longer want to buy/sell at 0.33 ref.
Instead, of using outdated proof, why dont you do some actual search by going on Outpost and finding more recent proof. Also, like everyone is telling you, you need sellers to lower the price, not buyers.
I've found LOADS of evidence by myself.
Yet you didn't bother sharing it
Maybe if you bothered looking at the comments, you would find some.

Not the core proof, we still need "sellers" at 0.33 ref.

Not valid since the trades have not been active/bumped up to date for the past 2 days.

Seller stopped making the post active...for 7 days, that's old.
===================================================================================
You tried to find proof (not even "loads" but you tried), too bad they are outdated and no longer valid.
