Moo... I lied in my past suggestion, I'm really a cow!
Givin' dis hat a price!
Only one sale since June... New owner still hasn't sold it.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19979965 - 1:1 with a DBD Company Man (offer made by Max_Chewie) 12.9 x .9 = 11.6
Before sale (buyer) http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198007131237?time=1402124400
After sale (buyer) http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198007131237?time=1402815600
Before sale (seller) http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198000637572?time=1402297200
After sale (seller) http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198000637572?time=1402556400
When this sale was made the price of a DBD Company Man was ~12.9 This sale was made a few days before Snowraptor updated the price of the DBD Company Man, poor guy..

Thanks for your time! Vote how you'd like!
The sale is outdated unfortunately. Over 4 months. Therefore, your entire suggestion is invalid
It does say the sale was in June implying it was made 4 months ago, but if it was sold, it should have a price, old or not. Just my opinion, so I'm gonna let a mod decide.
Its an outdated sale, you can't just take an outdated sale and price it. From the unusual guide/rule thread
Sales older than 2 months old are not valid proof; this does not mean that they are not useful. Feel free to include them to provide supplemental proof. Just don't rely on them to set your range.
Also...
The current owner is selling on the market. You need updated and recent sale as well as two sales. Like I said, wait for the current owner to sell his, then wait few days to see if the next new owner intends to keep the hat (if the owner does intend to keep it or keep it for a while then 1 sale is fine) then re-suggest. This won't pass at all, trust me.
Wait for this sale to happen, then suggest. However, you would need to wait a few days to see if the next owner has any intention to sell or not.

um the sale is 4months old
moreover, company man should be valued at 7.3buds, not 12.9
sorry m8, downvoted.
Well, i guess you didn't seem to read the whole suggestion huh..
hahaha, welcome to backpack.tf :)

read this first to learn how to make a suggestion if you want to get one accepted
"This can be very tricky as it can be difficult to extrapolate the value of an item on March 1 when the two most recent suggestions were on February 1 and April 1. In most scenarios, the value should based on the accepted suggestion closest in time to the date of the trade. For unusuals, this is usually the most recent suggestion for a hat since they are rarely updated, but this is not always the case. Many new unusuals are updated every 2-4 weeks."
#publichumiliation2014
"#publichumiliation2014" way to be rude
Anyway, when the sale was made the CM was 10.7 - 15 buds. The buyer and seller would have no clue someone would price the hat to 7.3 buds a month later.
you cant make a price for the hat to be 11.6 buds when the one that was sellnig it before has a b/o of 9 -_-
Good thing you pointed that out. I didn't notice that. Another reason why this won't pass.

Merndy, your suggestion is full of faults.
m8 do you even see how to make a good suggestion??
downvote!
what?
Talked to Polar about it, and the hat has been determined unpriceable until another sale is made.
