Reason for most of the declines were either in third gen/lack of pure.

You had to apply overpay for the sale, and you can't have a range for one sale

Your sale was 6.3 after overpay, however, seller had a b/o of 6 buds, cant be valued at more than that
You can't have a range with only one sale.
The issue I see with this is that you have a range but only one sale, which invalidates the suggestion (because of the rule that at least two sales are needed for a range)
You can't make a range with only one sale. Also, you forgot to apply overpay.
