1st is a Quicksell Trade , i guess don't count.

I would have thought that, but the sale for the green energy fro is lower after overpay, and I don't feel that its fair to ignore the max sale and the sale for the fro

I'd say 3.1 is an outlier if its less than a genuine quicksell but I have a sale involving one of these in another suggestion that supports the low end. Sale wasn't used in the range because I was too lazy to make a mini/suggestion for the Whoopee so perfectly fine to use here.
