Shouldn't you wait for your beams hallmark suggestion to go through before basing prices off of it? Using one to price the other seems like reaching. Also if the Max is being valued at 3.3 (list value) with no overpay applied then how is the scorching crown 6.3 when it's list value is 7? You would end up with 3.3 + 7 - 1 = 9.3 with no overpay applied.

As far as I know, the hallmark sale is neither 7 buds nor 8.6 buds, which happens to be my suggested range here. I hope that answered your first question.

10% overpay should be added to duped HOUWARs and level 1 max heads

The max head in this suggestion is level 93. I hope you now know why overpay was calculated on the crown, and not the max.
