It would seem as though they did a 1:1.

I'd say this because illusion had 12 keys in his backpack before the trade: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197997243676?time=1413615600

That being said, it's possible that he added all those keys and bought the b.m.o.c. from the other user. If that's the case, then there would be just one key as sweets. I don't think it makes much of a difference.
